L’Oréal USA Appoints Silvia Galfo President of the Luxe Division

Galfo previously served as L’Oréal’s Chief Growth Officer of the US subsidiary.

Silvia Galfo has been promoted to President of L’Oréal USA’s Luxe Division. She succeeds Megan Grant and will report to David Greenberg, CEO of L’Oréal USA and President of L’Oréal’s North American zone. 
 
Galfo served in key leadership roles at L’Oréal for over two decades. Prior positions include Senior VP of Marketing for Lancôme and General Manager of Armani Beauty. 
 
L’Oréal Luxe brands include: Kiehl’s, Lancôme, YSL, Prada Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty, among others. 
 
Grant led the L’Oréal US Luxe Division for five years and has not shared what her next career move will be. 
 
“Silvia brings a long and impressive track record in all areas of the beauty business. She is a long-term L’Oréalian with a world view on beauty and luxury,” Greenberg commented. “I am confident that Silvia’s strong leadership and consumer orientation will continue to drive the luxe brand portfolio to new heights in the United States.”
